Ysgubor The Barn - sleeps 2 
A high quality conversion from the old stables, this self-catering cottage combines traditional materials and workmanship with up-to-date technology. The building is made of local stone with a slate floor and roof and oak windows, doors and staircase but is equipped with modern underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, effective drying facilities, internet access and satellite tv in bedroom and living room.
Room by Room Description:
The
large upstairs bedroom has a quality laminate floor, conservation Velux
windows looking out on the mountains and twin beds that zip together to give a
luxurious super king-size bed whichever you wish complete with all beds ready
made up. There is also a freesat T.V. and a chair which can be converted into another single bed.
Downstairs
there is a large hallway with
room for walking boots, mountain bikes or a dog basket
and
a walk-in shower room with
toilet, basin and illuminated mirror.
The
kitchen doubles up as a drying room with two tubular heaters and a
dehumidifier as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. It is also equipped
with a small fridge with freezer compartment, a combination oven, grill
microwave, two ring electric hotplate, kettle, coffee maker and toaster plus
enough pans, crockery and cutlery to make simple meals.
The
living room has a dining table and four chairs, digital TV, DVD and
armchairs with lovely views of the mountains and fields behind.
Parking is off road outside the door and there
is a small lawn with table and chairs available for guest
to use.
Included in the price is hot water and heating, bed linen and one bath towel per person, plus shower mat, tablecloth, tea towels and dish cloths. We also provide cleaning materials, washing powder, bin bags, toilet rolls and soap.
Local Facilities Deniolen village is a mile away and has two shops and a pub. There are more extensive shops including banks, cafes, takeaways ,cash machines, chemists, ironmongers, butchers and bakers in Llanberis and Bethesda each 3 miles away. Large supermarkets , stores and swimming pools can be found 8 miles away in Caernarfon and Bangor.
